Smorgasburg celebrates Filipino American History Month in partnership with the return of Philippines Fest, the blockbuster roving Filipino street fair, with a market-wide celebration in Williamsburg on Saturday, October 21 vending all things lumpia, lechon, ube, panic and more. Featured vendors include Soft Bites, Gobi Gods and Four Treats with ube specialities; Kabisera and Kapamilya on pancit (noodles); So Sarap and Kalye, both Smorgasburg market veterans, doing BBQ; Instachibog, Logan and Co, and Oompa Loompyas slinging lumpia (fried spring rolls); and resident Smorgasburg vendor Patok by Rach and Lechon Bae repping lechon (crispy roast pork).
